Connecting ShareWillow to Jobber takes about a minute and requires no API keys or IDs — you just approve the connection and sign in. There are two ways to start, depending on where you are:
• From the Jobber App Marketplace — if you found ShareWillow in Jobber (most common)
• From within ShareWillow — if you already have a ShareWillow account
Option 1: Connect from the Jobber App Marketplace
Step 1: Find ShareWillow in the Jobber App Marketplace
1. In Jobber, open the App Marketplace
2. Search for ShareWillow and open the listing
3. Click Connect
Step 2: Allow access
Jobber will show you what ShareWillow can access. Click Allow Access to approve the connection.
Step 3: Sign in to ShareWillow (or create your account)
After you approve, you'll be redirected to ShareWillow.
• New to ShareWillow? Create your account, and the connection is set up for you as part of sign-up.
• Already have a ShareWillow account? Log in, and your Jobber account is linked to your company automatically.
Option 2: Connect from within ShareWillow
Already using ShareWillow? You can connect Jobber without leaving the app:
1. In ShareWillow, go to your Company settings and open the Integrations tab
2. Find Jobber and click Connect
3. You'll be sent to Jobber — sign in if prompted, then click Allow Access
4. Jobber brings you back to ShareWillow with the connection complete
That's it!
ShareWillow is now connected to Jobber and your job and revenue data will begin syncing automatically. You don't need to do anything further.
