  1. Go to Home in the admin sidebar

  2. Click on any plan to open its details page

Page Header

At the top of the plan details page, you'll see:

The right sidebar provides at-a-glance plan health and quick actions:

  • YTD Performance — Total paid year-to-date, number of payout runs, average per run, and top earner (only visible for active, completed, or in-review plans)

  • Data Sources — Grouped by integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Expand an integration to see each connected metric with its sync status and a refresh button to manually sync. Click Manage to go to datasets. Only visible if the plan uses integrations.

Tabs

The plan details page has three tabs:

  • Plan Summary — Plan structure cards, qualifiers, and participant summary

  • Performance — Progress to goals, charts, leaderboards

  • Payouts — Participant list with awards by period

Plan Summary Tab

The plan summary is organized into individual cards. Each card has a title, description, and an Edit link that opens the relevant step in the plan builder. Cards only appear if the plan uses that feature.

Thresholds (if applicable) — Goals that must be met before awards are paid out.

  • Company-level metrics with actual vs. target values

  • Color-coded performance indicators and trend arrows

  • Click details in a formula cell to see calculation breakdowns

  • Click Period Targets to view target values for each period (only shown when targets differ across periods)

  • Click a row to open the metric detail modal and inspect historical data

  • Period selector for plans with multiple periods (e.g., weekly)

Award Pool (if applicable) — Total incentive funding available each cycle.

  • Expandable Pay Structure section showing how KPIs map to base pay, performance pay, and scorecard roles

Distribution — How the award pool is divided among participants.

Qualifiers (if applicable) — Shown below KPIs.

  • Click any qualifier to see a popover with its description and tier breakdown

Managing Participants

Click Manage Participants to open a side panel where you can add or remove plan participants.

Adding participants:

  1. Type at least two characters in the search field to find employees by name or email

  2. Click a result to add them — they appear in the list below with a New badge

  3. Repeat to add more employees

Only active employees from the People tab can be added. Employees already enrolled won't appear in search results. Participants added mid-period are pro-rated from their add date.

Removing participants:

  • Click Remove next to any participant, or select multiple checkboxes and click Remove selected

Saving changes:

  1. Click Save changes

  2. Review the summary showing who is being added or removed

  3. Click Confirm changes to apply

If you close the panel with unsaved changes, you'll be prompted to save or discard them.

Syncing Metric Data

If your plan uses connected data sources, you can sync metrics directly from the plan details page:

  2. Expand the integration (e.g., HubSpot) to see its metrics
