Plan Statuses Overview
✏️ Draft — Plan created but not published
📅 Scheduled — Published but hasn't started yet
⚡ Active / Live — Plan is currently running
👓 Review Distribution — Needs admin review of calculated awards
🔄 Processing Data — System is processing data
✅ Completed — Plan period has ended
Status Details
Draft
Plan is being built but not yet published.
Can: Edit all settings, add/remove participants, delete plan
Employees see: Nothing (plan not visible)
Scheduled
Plan is published but start date is in the future.
Can: Reschedule start date, edit plan, delete plan
Employees see: Plan in "Future Plans" tab (if visibility allows)
Active / Live
Plan is running and tracking performance.
Can: Add participants, update visibility, update dashboard data
Cannot: Edit plan structure or rules
Employees see: Performance data and projected awards
Review Distribution
A period has ended and needs your review.
Can: Review and approve/reject distribution, add participants
Must do: Complete distribution review before it becomes approved
Employees see: "Pending" status on their awards
Processing Data
System is processing backfilled or synced data.
Can: View only (no edits)
Note: Page auto-refreshes every 20 seconds until complete
Employees see: May see limited data during processing
Completed
Plan has finished all periods.
Can: View historical data, export reports
Cannot: Make changes
Employees see: Final awards in "Previous Plans"
Visibility Statuses
In addition to the main status, plans can have visibility indicators:
👁️🗨️ Hidden — Plan invisible to all enrolled employees
👁️ Partial Access — Some employees can't see the plan
You'll see a banner on the plan details page if visibility is restricted.
Status Transitions
Draft → Scheduled → Active → Review Distribution → Completed
