Learn how to view, filter, and find your profit-sharing plans.

Navigating the Plans List

Go to Home in the admin sidebar to see all your plans.


Statistics Bar

Above the plans list, you'll see aggregated stats:

  • Total Awards Paid YTD — Sum of all awards paid this year

  • Avg Award per Participant — Average award amount

  • Active Plans — Number of currently running plans

  • Participants — Total enrolled employees across plans


Tabs

Plans are organized into three tabs:

  • Current Plans — Active, Review Distribution, Processing Data, Draft plans

  • Past Plans — Completed plans (only shows if you have past plans)

  • Future Plans — Scheduled plans that haven't started yet


View Modes

Toggle between two views using the icons in the top right:

Table View (default)

  • Detailed rows with multiple columns

  • Better for comparing plans

  • Shows: Name, Status, Participants, Avg Award, Total Awarded, Period, Period Ends

Grid View

  • Card-based layout

  • Visual and compact

  • Shows: Name, Status, Awarded YTD, Participants, Start Date


Filtering Plans

On the Current Plans tab, you can filter by status:

  1. Click the Status filter dropdown

  2. Select a status: All, Live, Completed, Draft, Processing Data, Review Distribution, or Scheduled

  3. The list updates to show only matching plans


Searching

  1. Use the search box to find plans by name

  2. Type your search term

  3. Results filter as you type


Opening a Plan

Click any plan row (table) or card (grid) to open the plan details page.
