Viewing Integrations
Accessing the Integrations Tab
Go to Settings in the admin sidebar
Click the Integrations tab
ℹ️ Note: The Integrations tab only appears if you have at least one active integration connected.
Supported Integrations
ShareWillow supports the following integrations:
ServiceTitan — Sync revenue, jobs, and team performance metrics
Housecall Pro — Sync revenue, jobs, and team performance metrics
Service Fusion — Sync revenue, jobs, and team performance metrics
What You'll See
For each connected integration, you'll see an integration card showing:
Integration logo/icon
Integration name
Description of what data is synced
Connection status
Connection Status
✅ Connected — Button shows "✓ Connected" (grayed out). Integration is active and syncing.
⚪ Not Connected — Button shows "Connect" (disabled). Integration is not set up.
Managing Integrations
The Integrations tab in Company Settings shows view-only status information.
To connect or disconnect integrations, you'll need to:
Use the initial onboarding flow (for new connections)
Contact ShareWillow support (for disconnecting)
Troubleshooting
Integrations tab not showing? — You may not have any active integrations. Check with your ShareWillow administrator.
Integration shows as not connected? — The integration may need to be set up, or credentials may have expired. Contact support if you expected it to be connected.
