Viewing and Searching Metrics

Learn how to navigate the Metrics page and find specific metrics.

Navigating the Metrics Page

Go to Metrics in the admin sidebar to see all your metrics.


Table Columns

  • Name — Metric name with sync status indicator (if integration-based)

  • Type — Employee (👤) or Company (💼)

  • Dataset — Source dataset name (for integration metrics)

  • Usage — Number of plans using this metric


Filtering by Type

Use the tabs at the top to filter:

  • All Metrics — Shows everything

  • Employee Metrics — Only individual/employee-level metrics

  • Company Metrics — Only company/threshold-level metrics

Each tab shows a count badge.


Searching

  1. Use the search box to find metrics by name

  2. Type your search term

  3. Results filter as you type


Sorting

Click any column header to sort:

  • Name — Alphabetical

  • Type — By metric type

  • Usage — By number of plans using the metric

Click again to reverse the sort order.


Viewing Metric Details

Single click on any row to open the metric detail page.


Metric Detail Page

The detail page shows:

Configuration Card:

  • Type (Employee/Company)

  • Data Source (Manual or integration name)

  • Dataset (linked source, if applicable)

  • Frequency (how often data updates)

  • Usage (list of plans with links)

Metric History Table:

  • Data values by period

  • Editable for manual metrics

  • Read-only for integration-synced metrics
