Metrics are the performance values tracked in your profit-sharing plans. They can measure employee performance (individual metrics) or company performance (company/threshold metrics).

Examples: Revenue, Jobs Completed, Customer Satisfaction, Profit Margin

Types of Metrics

  • πŸ‘€ Employee Metrics β€” Per-employee values (e.g., individual revenue, jobs completed)

  • πŸ’Ό Company Metrics β€” Company-wide values (e.g., total revenue, profit margin)

Where Metrics Come From

Metrics can be populated two ways:

Integration-Synced Metrics

Data pulled automatically from connected integrations. Sources include ServiceTitan, Google Sheets, and manual CSV uploads. Shows sync status indicator and updates based on integration sync schedule.

Manual Metrics

Values entered directly by admins. No integration connection. Editable in the metric detail page.

How Metrics Relate to Plans

Metrics are used in plans for:

  • KPI tracking β€” Measure employee performance

  • Thresholds β€” Set company-level goals

  • Award calculations β€” Determine profit-sharing amounts

The Usage column shows how many plans reference each metric.

Accessing Metrics

  1. Go to Metrics in the admin sidebar
