Configuring Leaderboards
Leaderboards rank employees by their performance on specific KPIs. They show top performers for each metric, employee rankings, and performance values.
Enabling Leaderboards
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Configuration tab
Find the Leaderboards section
Check Include Leaderboards
Click Save & Close
Setting Leaderboard Defaults
When leaderboards are enabled, you can set what appears first:
Default KPI Leaderboard — Select which metric ranks employees by default. Options come from KPIs in your plans. Choose "No preference" to use system default.
Default Plan Leaderboard — Select which plan's leaderboard shows first. Useful if you have multiple plans. Choose "No preference" to use system default.
Leaderboard Visibility
Leaderboards respect your Share Settings:
✅ Full Transparency — Leaderboards visible
✅ Progress + Leaderboard — Leaderboards visible
❌ Progress-Only View — Leaderboards hidden
❌ No Visibility — Leaderboards hidden
To show leaderboards to employees, use "Full Transparency" or "Progress + Leaderboard" visibility.
