Set up leaderboards to recognize top performers on your dashboard.

Configuring Leaderboards

Leaderboards rank employees by their performance on specific KPIs. They show top performers for each metric, employee rankings, and performance values.


Enabling Leaderboards

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Configuration tab

  2. Find the Leaderboards section

  3. Check Include Leaderboards

  4. Click Save & Close


Setting Leaderboard Defaults

When leaderboards are enabled, you can set what appears first:

Default KPI Leaderboard — Select which metric ranks employees by default. Options come from KPIs in your plans. Choose "No preference" to use system default.

Default Plan Leaderboard — Select which plan's leaderboard shows first. Useful if you have multiple plans. Choose "No preference" to use system default.


Leaderboard Visibility

Leaderboards respect your Share Settings:

  • Full Transparency — Leaderboards visible

  • Progress + Leaderboard — Leaderboards visible

  • Progress-Only View — Leaderboards hidden

  • No Visibility — Leaderboards hidden

To show leaderboards to employees, use "Full Transparency" or "Progress + Leaderboard" visibility.
