Here's the formatted version:

Dashboard Share Settings

Control what employees can see on the dashboard.

Accessing Share Settings

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings

  2. Click the Share Settings tab

Employee View Options

Choose how employees see company performance metrics:

Full Transparency

Employees see exact company performance metrics, just like administrators.

Best for: Open-book management, transparent company cultures

Progress + Leaderboard (NEW)

Employees can see their own performance, percentage progress toward company goals, and a leaderboard showing how others on the plan are performing—without revealing exact company totals.

Best for: Balanced transparency with competition/motivation

Progress-Only View (MOST POPULAR)

Employees can see their progress toward goals (e.g., "60% to goal of $500K") but they won't see final numbers if the goal is exceeded.

Best for: Most companies—shows progress without full financial details

No Visibility (NOT RECOMMENDED)

Employees do not see any company performance metrics.

Best for: Rare cases where metrics should be completely private
