Configuring Dashboard Metrics (Configuration Tab)

Learn how to select which metrics appear on your dashboard and customize their display.

Dashboard Configuration Settings

Accessing the Configuration Tab

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings

  2. You'll land on the Configuration tab by default


Threshold Summary Cards

This section controls the metric cards at the top of your dashboard.

Selecting Metrics:

  1. Click the "Select thresholds" dropdown

  2. Check the metrics you want to display

  3. Use "Select all" to include everything

Available metrics come from your published plans (Revenue, Profit, Margin, etc.).

Choosing Card Style:

  • Simple (value + change) — Shows the metric value and percentage change

  • Includes Trends (adds sparkline chart) — Adds a mini trend chart to each card

Click the style button to select your preference.


Leaderboards Section

Configure whether to show employee rankings and set defaults.

Default KPI Leaderboard — Choose which KPI metric shows first when viewing leaderboards. Select from the dropdown or leave as "No preference."

Default Plan Leaderboard — Choose which plan's leaderboard shows first. Select from the dropdown or leave as "No preference."

Include Leaderboards — Check this box to show leaderboards on the dashboard. Uncheck to hide them entirely.


Threshold Trends Section

Configure the main trend chart on your dashboard.

Default Threshold Metric — Choose which metric's trend chart loads first. Users can still switch between metrics on the dashboard.

Default Chart Type:

  • 📈 Area chart — Filled area under the line

  • 📊 Bar chart — Vertical bars for each period

Click the icon to select your preferred chart type.


Saving Your Changes

Click Save & Close to apply your settings and return to the dashboard.
