Common Data Sources
ServiceTitan — Synced from ServiceTitan software
Manual/CSV — Entered manually by your administrator
Integrated — Connected to another business system
Why It Matters
Understanding your data source helps you know where numbers come from. If something looks wrong, you know what system to check. Different sources may also update at different times.
Seeing Unexpected Numbers?
Check the original data source. For example, if your revenue looks wrong and the source is ServiceTitan, verify the data in ServiceTitan first.
