Why Isn't My Data Updating?

Performance data doesn't update instantly. Here's what affects timing.


Data Sync Schedule

Your company's systems sync with ShareWillow periodically—this could be daily, weekly, or at set intervals. Check the "Last updated" timestamp on your performance page to see when data was last refreshed.


Common Delay Reasons

System sync timing — Data hasn't synced yet from your company's software. Usually updates within 24 hours.

Data source delays — The original system (ServiceTitan, etc.) may have delays. Invoices or jobs may need to be closed/completed first.

Manual data entry — Some metrics require manual updates. Your administrator enters these periodically.

Processing time — Large data sets take time to calculate. Complex plans may have longer processing.


What to Do

  • Check the "Last updated" timestamp

  • Wait 24–48 hours for the next sync

  • If data is consistently stale, contact your administrator
