Why Don't I See My Plan?

If you're expecting to see a plan but it's not showing up, here are possible reasons.


Check Your Tabs

  • Is it in Future Plans? It may not have started yet.

  • Is it in Previous Plans? It may have already ended.

  • Toggle between Active, Future, and Previous tabs.


Common Reasons for Missing Plans

  • Not yet enrolled — Your administrator may not have added you yet

  • Plan hasn't started — Check the Future Plans tab

  • Plan ended — Check the Previous Plans tab

  • Eligibility requirements — You may not meet criteria (tenure, role, etc.)

  • Plan was cancelled — The plan may have been discontinued


What to Do

  1. Check all three tabs (Active, Future, Previous)

  2. Wait a day—there may be a sync delay

  3. Contact your administrator to confirm your enrollment
