Why Don't I See My Plan?
If you're expecting to see a plan but it's not showing up, here are possible reasons.
Check Your Tabs
Is it in Future Plans? It may not have started yet.
Is it in Previous Plans? It may have already ended.
Toggle between Active, Future, and Previous tabs.
Common Reasons for Missing Plans
Not yet enrolled — Your administrator may not have added you yet
Plan hasn't started — Check the Future Plans tab
Plan ended — Check the Previous Plans tab
Eligibility requirements — You may not meet criteria (tenure, role, etc.)
Plan was cancelled — The plan may have been discontinued
What to Do
Check all three tabs (Active, Future, Previous)
Wait a day—there may be a sync delay
Contact your administrator to confirm your enrollment
