Why Can't I See the Dashboard Tab?
The Dashboard tab isn't always visible. Here's why.
Possible Reasons
Plan visibility settings — Your administrator may have disabled dashboards for your plan. Some plans only show basic performance info.
Plan type — Bespoke plans don't include dashboards. Only Standard plans with KPIs have this feature.
Visibility level — Your plan may be set to "Progress only" or limited visibility. Leaderboards and charts require higher visibility settings.
Not yet enabled — Your company may not have turned on this feature yet. It might be enabled in future periods.
What You Can Do
Check if you have a Performance tab instead (basic metrics)
Review the Plan Summary for plan details
Contact your administrator if you believe it should be visible
ℹ️ Note: Not seeing the dashboard doesn't affect your actual awards—it's just a visibility preference set by your company.
