Employees with the highest scores on key metrics, those exceeding targets significantly, or leading the team in specific KPIs.

In the Dashboard tab of your plan. May show medals or badges (🥇🥈🥉) and typically highlights the top 3–5 performers.

Based on current period performance. Updates as new data comes in and resets each new period.

Depends on your company's plan settings. Your administrator controls whether top performers are visible to the whole team or kept private.
