Understanding Leaderboards

Leaderboards show how your performance compares to other employees on specific metrics.

What You'll See

  • Your ranking (e.g., #3 of 15)

  • Metric being measured (e.g., Revenue, Jobs Completed)

  • Your value compared to others

  • Movement indicators showing if you've moved up or down

How Rankings Work

Employees are sorted by performance on each metric. Higher performance = higher ranking. Rankings update as new data comes in.

Using Leaderboards Effectively

Use leaderboards to see where you stand relative to peers, identify areas where you can improve, track your progress over time, and stay motivated by friendly competition.

Privacy Note

Depending on your company's settings, you may see:

  • Full leaderboard with names and scores

  • Anonymous rankings (position only)

  • Only your own ranking
