Award Pool × Your Share = Your Award
What Determines Your Share
Your KPI performance — Better metrics = larger share
Distribution rules — How the pool is divided (see Plan Summary)
Qualifiers — Must meet certain conditions to qualify
Weightings — Some KPIs count more than others
Types of Award Structures
Individual Pool — You earn based purely on your own performance
Team Pool — A shared pool divided among team members based on rules
Example
If your plan has a $10,000 monthly pool and you earn 15% of the pool based on your performance, your award would be $1,500.
