Why Your Projected Award Changes

Your projected award is an estimate that changes based on your performance. Here's why it moves.

Reasons Your Projected Award Changes

Your performance changed — Completed more jobs, made more sales, etc. Your numbers go up, so does your projected award.

New data came in — Your company's systems sync periodically. Updated data can change your totals.

Team or company performance changed — Some plans have shared pools affected by team results. If the team does better or worse, your share may change.

Qualifier status changed — Meeting or missing a qualifier impacts your award. Crossing a threshold can unlock or reduce awards.

Projected vs. Approved Awards

  • Projected = estimate that can still change

  • Approved = final amount locked in by your administrator

When Does It Become Final?

After the period ends and your administrator approves the distribution, your award is finalized and won't change.
