Understanding Qualifiers
Qualifiers are special KPIs that act as gates or multipliers for your other awards.
How Qualifiers Work
Qualifiers are conditions you must meet for awards to apply. If you don't meet a qualifier, it can reduce or eliminate awards from other KPIs. They're usually displayed in a separate "Qualifiers" section.
Common Examples
Attendance qualifier — Must work minimum hours to qualify
Quality qualifier — Must maintain minimum customer satisfaction
Threshold qualifier — Company must hit certain targets before individual awards apply
Where to See Your Qualifiers
In your plan's Performance tab, look for the Qualifiers section (usually below your main KPIs).
💡 Tip: Pay attention to qualifiers! They can have a big impact even if they seem secondary to your main metrics.
