What the numbers on your KPI cards mean.

Each KPI shows two key numbers.

Target (Goal)

The performance level you're aiming for. Set by your company or plan administrator. Meeting or exceeding this maximizes your award potential.

Actual (Current Value)

Your real performance to date. Updated based on data from your company's systems. Shows where you stand right now.

How They Work Together

  • Actual < Target — Below goal, room to improve

  • Actual = Target — Right on track, meeting expectations

  • Actual > Target — Exceeding goal, great performance!

⚠️ Important: Some KPIs may have minimum thresholds. If you're below the minimum, you may not earn awards for that metric until you reach it.
