Viewing Your KPIs
Your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are the metrics that determine your awards.
To See Your KPIs
Click on an Active Plan from your dashboard
Select the Performance tab
View your individual KPI cards
Each KPI Card Shows
Metric name — What's being measured (e.g., "Revenue Generated")
Current value — Your actual performance number
Target — The goal you're working toward
Progress indicator — Visual showing how close you are
Selecting a Time Period
Use the period selector at the top to view performance for different weeks, months, or quarters.
💡 Tip: Check your performance regularly to stay on track and identify areas where you can improve.
