Period Types
Weekly — Performance tracked and awards calculated each week
Monthly — Performance tracked and awards calculated each month
Quarterly — Performance tracked and awards calculated every 3 months
What This Means for You
Shorter periods (weekly) = more frequent awards, faster feedback
Longer periods (quarterly) = awards accumulate over time, bigger payouts

Use the period selector in your plan details to switch between time periods and see your performance history.
When Do Awards Get Approved?
After each period ends, your administrator reviews and approves the awards. This can take a few days to a couple of weeks depending on your company's process.
