Plans run on different periods that determine how often your performance is evaluated.


Period Types

  • Weekly — Performance tracked and awards calculated each week

  • Monthly — Performance tracked and awards calculated each month

  • Quarterly — Performance tracked and awards calculated every 3 months


What This Means for You

  • Shorter periods (weekly) = more frequent awards, faster feedback

  • Longer periods (quarterly) = awards accumulate over time, bigger payouts


Viewing Different Periods

Use the period selector in your plan details to switch between time periods and see your performance history.


When Do Awards Get Approved?

After each period ends, your administrator reviews and approves the awards. This can take a few days to a couple of weeks depending on your company's process.
