What Are Active, Future, and Previous Plans?

Learn the difference between the three plan categories on your employee dashboard.

Your plans are organized into three categories based on their timing.


Active Plans

Plans that are currently running. You can earn awards from these right now—your performance is being tracked in real-time. Check these regularly to see your progress.


Future Plans

Plans that haven't started yet. You're enrolled, but the plan begins at a later date. Preview what's coming so you know what to expect. No performance data yet—the clock hasn't started.


Previous Plans

Plans that have already ended. These show your historical awards and performance. Great for reviewing what you earned in past periods. Final award amounts are locked in.
