Payout Reporting

Generate and export reports showing employee payouts across your compensation plans.

Accessing Payout Reporting

  1. From the dashboard, click Payouts in the left sidebar

  2. You'll see the Payout Reporting page with filter options at the top

Generating a Report

  1. Select Plans — Choose one or more compensation plans from the dropdown

  2. Select Date Range — Pick a predefined period or choose "Custom Date Range" to set specific dates

  3. Click Generate Report

The report will display below showing all employee payouts for the selected criteria.

Understanding the Report

The report shows an On-Demand Payout Summary table with:

  • Name — Employee name

  • Breakdown columns — Individual compensation components (e.g., Base Bonus, Commission)

  • Total Payout — Sum of all components for that employee

Results are sorted by Total Payout, highest to lowest.

Filtering by Employee

To focus on specific employees:

  1. Click the Filter by Employee dropdown above the table

  2. Select or deselect employees to show/hide them

  3. Use Show All Employees to reset the filter

The table updates automatically as you change the selection.

Downloading the Report

To export the report as a CSV file:

  1. Generate a report using the steps above

  2. Click the Download button

  3. The file will download with all the data shown in the table

The CSV includes all columns and employees currently visible in the report.

Tips

  • Multiple plans — You can select several plans at once to see combined payouts

  • Custom dates — Use custom date range when predefined periods don't fit your needs

  • Regenerate — Click "Regenerate Report" after changing filters to update the results

  • No data? — If you see "No Payout Data," try adjusting your date range or selecting different plans
